Staff Fees
Bookings are for a minimum of 4 hours. Hours worked beyond those will be charged standard rate £8. After midnight or bank holidays will be £10 per hour, or parts there of calculated in 1 hr increments. All staff will be paid directly by the client on the day of the event.
Finger buffet food which is left unsupervised is NOT covered under our Public Liability Insurance. Government Food Hygiene regulations
Under the Government Food Hygiene regulations all food should be consumed within FOUR hours of delivery. |

Made between 28 to 8 days prior to the event will be charged 50% of the estimated food cost. 7 to 2 days prior to the event will be charged 100% of the estimated food cost, less than 48 hours then full payment plus minimum payment for any staff booked is required.Booking
Confirmed bookings must be made in writing enclosing a non-returnable deposit. The minimum deposit is £50.Numbers
All prices quoted are for a minimum number of 50 persons. For smaller numbers, we will be pleased to make a separate quotation. The final number must be given 7 days before the event, after which the number may be increased but not decreased. Menu
All descriptions of Menu items will be adhered to where possible, subject to availability. In the event that produce is not available a suitable alternative will be substituted.Furniture
It is the responsibility of the organisers to ensure that tables and chairs are set out in accordance with your wishes ready for our staff to lay-up the tables.Table Cloths
Can be supplied for your event but will be subject to a L5 per cloth laundering charge.
